OUR PROGRAMMES

We create our program workouts using a mixture of weightlifting, metabolic training and boxercise in a particular way that encourages you to use your muscles and employ a range of motion.  We focus on creating a great process for you that will give you your desired body goals and overall improve your health. Create healthy habits and your body will reward you. Our dancing classes are external and we also partner with other health champions to help spearhead a challenge hence more fun and sweaty.

SPINNING

It is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted fly wheel in a classroom setting.

Boot camp

Boot camp workouts include a range of cardio, strength training, and speed exercises all in one session.

Trampoline

Trampoline exercises are a convenient and enjoyable way to boost your cardiovascular health, improve endurance, and relieve stress and tension. They can help you develop better balance, coordination, and motor skills.

Katabox

It is essentially an advanced exercise program that involves body weight exercises and high intensity interval training. It’s designed for people who are already in good shape and are willing to be even in better shape.

AEROBICS

It is essentially an advanced exercise program that involves body weight exercises and high intensity interval training. It’s designed for people who are already in good shape and are willing to be even in better shape.

ABS

It is essentially an advanced exercise program that involves body weight exercises and high intensity interval training. It’s designed for people who are already in good shape and are willing to be even in better shape.
